The User is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction regarding the operation and use of X1Node Physical.
Warranty terms
Warranty terms are an important part of using X1Node Physical.
X1Node Physical comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt.
The warranty covers the equipment as a whole, including the X1Node Physical hardware. This means that in the event of any defects or malfunctions, the manufacturer guarantees free repair or replacement of components.
In order for the warranty case to be recognized as valid, certain conditions must be met.
a. You cannot disassemble the device yourself or use unauthorized software.
b. The seal on the X1Node Physical must be intact. If the seal was damaged during transportation upon receipt of the X1Node Physical, you must notify the support service.
In case of problems with the X1Node Physical, you must contact the support service. It is important to provide all the data and describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
The warranty does not cover careless or negligent handling of the device that results in mechanical damage.
